# Private Credit (Galaxy Digital)

## Summary 

This opportunity provides investors access to a private credit yields via lending to a subsidiary of Galaxy Digital Inc,
 Galaxy Trading Asia Limited ("Galaxy Asia"), who has operations
 around the world and is well connected in the digital asset and 
blockchain ecosystem.

The investment vehicle is an unsecured private placement loan to
Galaxy Asia. The loan is bilaterally negotiated between Galaxy Asia
 and OpenTrade SPC, maximizing the benefit to clients. 

Galaxy Asia's
 primary revenue stream is from digital assets operations, which is the
 primary use of proceeds for the loan.
The private placements are available at pre-defined fixed terms with 
fixed rates.
